We care about the details. Every van is custom based on your wish list for features, layout, aesthetic design, based on your lifestyle. Once you contact us, we will set up an initial Zoom call or in person meeting at Vanna. This allows us to gather the information we need to get started on providing a ballpark estimate for your van conversion.

Once we’ve gone through the initial consult, we work alongside you in the design as we have a van design meeting in person or over video, where we create custom 3D rendering with you based on your vision, along with a detailed quote. In the design meeting we will decide the colors and finishes in your van, finalize the layout and cabinetry, and add or remove components that you’ve dreamed up since our initial meeting.

Once you’ve signed of on the final design, we coordinate your build timeline based on a first-sign, first-serve basis. Lead times can vary throughout the year and we will come up with a plan together. If you don’t yet have a chassis for your build, we will assist in finding and arranging delivery to our shop in West Fargo, ND. Anticipate a 8-12 week build time from the time your van enters our shop.

Your van is done! Today’s the day. Upon pickup we will have a thorough walk through and orientation of your van, and give you your custom user manual for your van. Here we can show you all the components and functions of your van. Our goal is to send you off prepared and educated, along with a your user manual. You’re now part of the Vanna community, and we’ll be here to assist with anything you need down the road.
