Vanna warranties our build processes and product installations for 2 years or 36,000 miles from your pick-up date, whichever occurs sooner. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please use the Service Form to begin a support ticket and we will be in touch as soon as we are able.

Wherever possible, we have included links to manufacturer warranty information to make this process as seamless as possible.

On the road and need a repair? We’re proud to be a part of the Upfitter Network, a community of vetted van builders who will arrange warranty and non-warranty work wherever you are in the country. Contact the nearest upfitter and they will coordinate the necessary work on our behalf.
