MDR - DISASTER RELIEF VEHICLE
The MDR is a medium-size, four-season disaster relief vehicle built to support mobile medical care, emergency response, and field operations in demanding environments. Its layout is designed around patient care rather than recreation, with a clean clinical workspace, durable surfaces, secure storage, and the systems needed to operate away from traditional infrastructure.
MDR
Inside, the MDR feels purpose-built for fast, organized response. Marine-grade wall panels, commercial-grade flooring, high-pressure laminate cabinetry, and locking storage help the interior stand up to heavy daily use, while the adjustable exam bed, medical-grade refrigerator and freezer, privacy curtain, sharps container, air filtration, water filtration, and available upgrades like Starlink, solar, all-terrain capability, awning, exterior storage, and an under-vehicle lift make it a capable platform for relief teams, mobile clinics, and on-site patient support.

FAQ
Answers before you ask
Still unsure? Book a 20-minute call with a build specialist — no pressure, just answers.
How does the power system work?
Our vans feature a custom off-grid power system developed in partnership with EcoFlow. Built around a high-capacity lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery bank, your van stores ample power to run appliances, lighting, and climate control completely off-grid. To keep your system topped off anywhere, power is replenished via three sources: optional rooftop solar, a high-output secondary alternator that charges while you drive, and standard shore power hookups.
How does the water system work?
Every Vanna build features dedicated fresh and grey water tanks tailored in size to your travel needs. Hot water is supplied instantly through an efficient Eberspächer hydronic heating system. To handle sub-zero winter temperatures, fresh water lines stay protected inside the heated cabin, while the exterior grey tank includes an internal release button that lets wastewater drain straight through, preventing standing grey water from freezing in cold conditions.
How does the toilet work?
To ensure a cleaner, low-maintenance experience, our vans feature the Laveo Dry-Flush system. It eliminates blackwater holding tanks, plumbing lines, and RV dump stations entirely. At the push of a button, waste is vacuum-sealed into an airtight, double-layered barrier material that encapsulates odors completely. Cartridges can be disposed of in standard household trash, offering a sanitary, odor-free, and flexible bathroom setup on the road.
