Prepping your Van For Service
To help us work efficiently and protect your van, please prepare it before your appointment:
Remove bedding, empty cabinets, and clear out the gear garage if the work area requires access.
Empty both fresh and gray water tanks. If service involves water systems, we will refill as needed.
Please remove all waste before arrival.
Arrive with at least a half tank of fuel for testing and heater service.
Bring your van with the power system charged to 100% if possible.
If your van has been sitting in winter conditions, warm it up ahead of time. Batteries need to be above 50°F for proper diagnostics.
A quick wash helps us inspect and service your van more effectively.
